    days of their initial purchase (not applicable to renewals or upgrades).

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide that you no longer wish to use VirtuAI after the initial 7-day period.
  • Failure to Cancel: If you fail to cancel your subscription before it renews, you will not be eligible for a refund
    for that renewal period.
  • Usage of Service: If you have used the service beyond the initial 7-day period, indicating acceptance and use of
    the platform.

  • A description of the issue or reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant transaction or invoice numbers

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment
method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to reflect the
refund on your account.
